PDC Dismisses Allegations Against Olympia Foundation

Olympia - The Evergreen Freedom Foundation has won another victory Tuesday in its ongoing battle with Washington's largest teachers union.

The four-member Public Disclosure Commission unanimously rejected allegations that the conservative policy foundation operated as an illegal lobbying and campaign organization.
