Opting Out
Since 1995, the Evergreen Freedom Foundation has worked with hundreds of teachers and other workers around the state who want to protect their free speech rights by making sure their union does not spend mandatory union dues on political causes.
Below is the link to a page on the refund available to agency fee payers and another link to information about how religious employees can have their dues donated to a charity they help choose.
