Disclosure Commission. These reports list the lobbyist salaries, expenses,
and direct contributions to candidates or political committees. To view WEA

WEA must report both cash and "in-kind" contributions that it makes
from WEA's general fund. In-kind contributions are usually made in the form
of employee services, consulting services, legal fees, meeting expenses, overhead,
and supplies. Often the value of employee services alone exceeds $10,000.
